Spot on- Google should pay you for this bc in the aftermath of this drama, you’re single-handedly saving their brand. If most Google managers are like you- it explains why they are winning.
To your points, I don’t know of many positions that don’t require or crave empathy, collaboration and all of those “soft skills”.
I do hope that this same elevation of what makes us women awesome- is also done for other marginalized groups. Our perspective of the world should absolutely be desired because so few people experience more than us, the isolation of being in the systemic Out Group and still- never making it beyond the concrete wall, think brown and black men and women.
